1. I assume that is bologna on the left? If so, did you make it yourself? A while back I watched a Chud’s video where he made his own, and it is something I would like to do some day.
2. I heard New Belgium Brewery reformulated Fat Tire when it came time for the new branding. Is that accurate? Original Fat Tire holds a special place in my heart due to sentimental reasons. If they did switch up the formula, I will be sad.

Bologna on the right…. I’m from Tennessee and it’s a staple here too. I like doing the small bologna logs. Smoke a couple and prepare each differently. Score it with a knife, mustard and hot sauce depending on who’s eating.
