Meal prep for this week with ground turkey and broccoli slaw and coleslaw packets. Used ground ginger, powder garlic, minced onion, white and black pepper and low sodium soy. Low cost and low calories!!

    The ground turkey is 170 calories for 4 ounces
    The 2 bags of slaw added together and divided by 4 equals about 70 calories. I forgot I also used sesame oil for cooking so that may add some calories not a ton but around a 300 calorie meal.
