This dish is a true Italian classic, and for good reason. The combination of tender veal chops, rich alfredo sauce, and homemade tomato sauce is simply irresistible. The crispy breading on the veal adds a perfect texture contrast, and the whole thing whereas the other is topped with tomato sauce and a generous amount of melted Provolone & Fontina cheese, and the other with an Alfredo Mushroom Sauce smothered in cheese.

Here’s what you’ll need:
• 4 bone-in veal chops
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 5 eggs
• 2 cups of Italian style breadcrumbs
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 4 cups of olive oil
• 1 Cup of Romano cheese
• 8 oz. of shredded Fontina cheese
• 8 oz. of shredded Provolone cheese
Instructions:
1. Season the veal chops with salt and pepper. Dredge the chops in flour, then dip them in the beaten eggs. Finally, coat the chops in the breadcrumbs.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the breaded veal chops and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and then place in a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes.
3. While the veal chops are cooking, begin preparing the alfredo sauce.
4. Once the veal chops are cooked, transfer them to a baking dish. Pour the Alfredo sauce over the veal chops, then top with the pesto sauce. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the top.
5. Bake in a preheated 400 degree F oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Alfredo Mushroom Sauce Ingredients:
• Pint of Heavy cream
• ½ stick of butter
• 8 ounces of sliced mushrooms
• 3 cloves of garlic (chopped)
• ¼ cup of white wine
• 3-4 TBSP of Romano cheese
• Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a large pan add butter and garlic – fry garlic until translucent.
2. Add mushrooms and wine – sauté for about 5 minutes.
3. Add the heavy cream, salt and black pepper
4. Let boil (frequently stirring) for about 5 minutes.
5. Add Romano cheese and turn off heat.

We’re gonna do like a uh bone in ve cutlet and then we’re going to put uh some mushrooms alfredo sauce and some cheeses on top oh yeah and same thing we’ll do two of those and two with the mushrooms with the red sauce and that’s it man now we’re going to pound these
Out all right beautiful I also leave a little fat leave the fat on there for for more flavor absolutely yeah a look at that all right very nice all right we’re going to make our egg wash without the shells I Don’t Know My Own Strength sometimes okay all
Right a little pepper in here some salt a little bit of uh granulated garlic some parsley and we’re going to put a little bit of cheese in there too very nice nice Sal pepper that meat I’m going to go ahead and season the flour up with a little salt and
Pepper all right let’s get started with these babies oh man look at that thing that looks like that giant brosaurus burger from the Flintstone brosaurus Burger that’s a Beau oh look at that beautiful right There all right let’s fry them up we start out with our first chop here all right oh man look at that what we going to do is I’m going to fry these for a few more minutes maybe another minute on that one and then we’re going to finish
Them off in the oven let them cook in there for about 10 minutes wonderful let got drain man this is too hot man going cook for about what 10 minutes yeah about more minutes Sal on it oh yeah oh yeah all right going to pop these we’re
Going to put these in for a little bit looking good all right we’re going to make our mushroom alfredo sauce that’s going to go on top of about ve chop nice I’m going to gra Ahad and put the garlic in now that’s about three nice size cloes smell that garlic all right we’re
Going to put our mushrooms in here now I’m going to add a little more butter to it going add a little salt some pepper all right add some wine really we good cooked up all right we’re going to add our heavy cream yeah yeah very nice you got to keep stirring
It you will have a mess on your hands if you uh walk away from this uh pan get F thick add some cheese in there some fresh parsley and that’s it oh yeah looking good a couple more minutes so it get a little thicker yeah all right we’re going to put some
Uh cheese in here now it’s a Romano cheese peino Romano I we put one more spoon in there all wonderful that’s it very nice all right I’m going to put I’m going to use the two big ones for uh man look at that Al FR mushroom sauce oh that’s crazy nice crazy good
Yesy that is oh look at that ve parmesan bone in ve parmesan beautiful one two of them with mushroom alfredo sauce oh man yeah and then right here we have some fantina and provolone cheese that we went ahead and St up earlier it melts really really nice it’s going to be

My Guys! 💪 Buon Natalie to you and your family. Love making this dish but hard to find a good piece of Veal these Days that isnt like "Shoe Leather" now you guys are going to love this. The old school butcher shops with the "Sawdust" on the floor and the butcher knew your name. If and when i still got my spots downtown Brooklyn i load up at Faicco's of course Court Street Pastry. Grandparents etc wasnt all about Bensonhurst they had the house in Park Slope when they all came crom Italy and never bitched once. Lol this era sound familiar? 😉
Nsver forget Grandparents had Pasty's butcher on the corner of 11 street on 6th avenue. Still the best Veal Cutlets like butter. Walked in back room was poker and them getting sauced lol yet you got the best meats at the counter.

My cardiologist might have an issue with the cheese, cream sauce and maybe the veal but….who cares! As I watch your videos, six words come to mind: "Leave the gun, take the cannolli"!

Never had veal parm with Alfredo sauce, always marinara. Looks very rich. Veal difficult to get in Arkansas. Chicken parm more common.
