Okay everybody has asked me how to do peach cobbler and this is the easy way to do peach cobbler what you mean is one stick of butter one cup of sugar one cup of self-rising flour one egg you can do for fresh peaches peels or you can do two cans of

Canned peaches in their own juice don’t use it in syrup it will not turn out the same okay but I’ll go ahead and get started and what you do is you just stick the whole butter in the pan just like that what you can do at this pin is just put in

The oven and you want to melt the butter in the oven and then you can get started everything up one cup of flour only I meant another cup of milk 1 cup of flour one cup of sugar okay one egg just make sure we don’t get the shells in there

Okay and just pour that right in okay set that over to the side and one cup of milk you can use regular old mail or you can use can melt your choice really this is regular whole milk okay and you just pour that right in just like that now

Why are you doing that you got to drain the juice off the beaten so just put them in a strainer drain the juice off the two cans of peaches off while that’s draining you can mix this up take this mixture just tape it now one of my cousin’s asked

Could you use an electric mixer well you could but you really don’t want to because if you do then your mixture is not going to be as soupy as you need it to be you need it to be a little bit soupy so that it’ll rise the way as

Opposed to over top of the fruit and if you use an electric mixer it’s and all that air in there if I not my mom and my grandma always did about hand that’s the way I did I do it by hand and you want it to where you know

You don’t have to get all the lumps out but you want the sugar to kind of dissolved into this mixture and that’s what is you want to you put it all together and bake it just like that and easy and good my baby loves it hopefully useful too

And I’m gonna try to get those points out in kind of present inside that you want cause you don’t have to get every little pump out it’s not going to matter much please be a consistency is kind of running that’s the what you want it so

It’ll take us over your fruit and you have to do teaching I just pick teaches that’s what everybody nationalities table so I’m doing heat just because that’s what everybody requested it’s where they lie but you can use any kind of can true that you desire it works now

When you put it together it’s going to bake about thirty minutes let’s check our butter make sure the butter is good and melted no it’s not time leave it in there a little few moments get rid of that you can keep turn and if you feel

Like you want to get the clump out why are you waiting on the better this is a southern-style peach cobbler it’s very good you want to put your oven on 350 and bake it on 350 for about 30 minutes or until the top is bubbling and

Brown but I’ll show you that tip mainly by the hand all right now we got a better fit you know okay what I’m gonna do is just like kind of slide it around wet mouth a little bit more doesn’t have to be bubbling or anything like that

Okay now we’re ready to pin our peach cobbler together you know all we have to do to just get our peaches that we’ve drained it did that earlier made it easy now we just put them right in with the butter just like that and you can take

The tool knife and just kind of arrange them to make sure the teachers kind of everybody get the peach sideways there we go okay they’re all in there now when you pour this mixture over it it’s going to look like the fruit is sticking out the top and that’s okay because this

Mixture is going to bake up over it and just bake it right over it like a crack but it looks like it’s sinking down to the bottom and that’s okay that’s the place to LaVon the batter is going to sink to the bottom then rise to the top

As it could ma’am that’s it and it’s ready to go into the oven put that in and your timer for thirty minutes golden brown take it out there you go peach cobbler all done and golden-brown very delicious like I said before you can serve it with

Ice cream on top or just melt it all or just by itself it’s really good thanks for cooking with me

  9. someone has asked how much baking powder should be used? you only need baking powder if you're not using self rising flour. if you are using plain flour or cake flour use a little less than a 1/4 of a teaspoon of baking powder. and I would put a cookie sheet under your glass baking dish just so it doesn't bake over and make a mess in your oven. someone else asked for oven temp. I use 350 for 30 to 45 minutes. I hope this helps
