That chicken breast can be exciting to eat well today I’m about to change that and all because I’m going to be using this ingredient butter and to run this experiment it’s pretty simple I’m going to be injecting as much butter as I possibly can inside of this chicken
Breast the more the better to be specific a whole pound of butter I’ll tell you one thing this might just be the juiciest chicken breast that ever existed because once I was done with it let’s just say this thing is plumped oh boy it’s about to be a real good chicken
Breast now I did not want to stop there because there’s one other fat that we also enjoy quite a bit and that would be duck fat this can taste fantastic whenever you deep frying anything so I’m hoping that it’s also going to make the chicken breast better and you guessed it
I went ahead and injected a whole pound of duck fat into this next breast I was not being cheap the more holes the better I kept poking till there was no way I can add more I’m determined to make this chicken breast exciting well we’re going to be finding out real
Shortly if this is going to be a good experiment or a terrible one because once I was done take a look I got three chicken breasts ready to be SED first is going to be our control then we got the duck fat and then the butter fat now to
Season them I kept it quite simple I only used kouga’s rub now the key here is to spread a good amount on these chicken breast because once it was done I went ahead and baged them up vacuum seal them and they are now ready for Sev
Talking about that I chose 149° f for 2 hours as that was happening it was perfect because it allowed me time to go ahead and make an awesome side dish and I’ll tell you one thing this one is super simple and easy to make and here’s
How the first thing to do is to cut some potatoes real thin now the most even way to slice them up is to use a mandolin but if you don’t have one you can always try your knife however we really want uniform thickness because once I was
Done the the next thing to do is to go ahead and get a parchment paper in a tray and lay down a good amount of cheese this will help the potato steak because now we just got to put them right on top you want to Overlay them
Just like this it is simple and easy and in the end it’s going to turn out fantastic once I was done I went ahead and sprayed a little bit of wagu fat followed by some salt and freshly ground black pepper then into the oven he goes
At 350° f as that was happening it gave me time to go ahead and make the filling and for that into the pan I threw in some ground beans I season it real good with a good amount of salt followed by freshly ground black pepper and goog’s
Rub then I threw in some tomato paste followed by green bell peppers onions and thy now mix everything well until it’s fully combined and cook it for about 5 minutes as soon as the red is gone let it simmer for at least 5 minutes and by this time my potatoes
Were ready so I took them out and look it is getting nice and crispy which is exactly what I want the next thing to do is to go ahead and add our filling it’s important to go ahead and spread it all out evenly as now we go go in with some
Mozzarella cheese make sure to put a nice even layer then I went ahead and roll everything up just like a Cinnabon this is good enough to eat just like this however if you want to make it extra good add a good amount of cheese
Right on top put it on the oven in the broiler setting real quick take it off the heat once the cheese is melted add a little bit of parsley and now take a look this is today’s side dish and I can tell you one thing it is going to be
Delicious however I have no idea what’s about to happen to our chicken bread rests because remember we got one lound of butter on one and a pound of duck fat on the other so after removing them from the bag there’s one thing that we always

Cooking food in plastic is never a good idea. Hormone production disturbing chemicals are released. Know that no matter what anyone tells you.
Only way to improve the butter idea, is infusing the butter with some garlic, thyme and some oregano, leave it for a day so the flavors get into the butter itself. Then inject that into the chicken breast.
I'll definitely be trying this out some time, with my own little changes to the seasoning.

Chicken tastes good though, and white meat only gets too dry if you overcook it. Sure I love dark meat, and do prefer it in many instances, but not for everything.

As a child, I hated meat other than chicken or turkey breast, and now I only eat steak if I'm in a restaurant specializing in meat. I've never been to the US, but I'm curious if chickens and poultry in Europe taste better and that's why they are so popular or is it a matter of taste preferences? I live in Poland, can someone from central or eastern Europe who has been in US tell me if the difference in meat was noticeable?
