To make Samosa, first of all we make the filling, for that we have taken a pan, add 2 tbsp cooking oil in it, after that add mutton mincemeat 300 grams. Now add mutton mincemeat. After doing this, first we will sautΓ© it well

So that the smell of mutton keema goes away and it gets roasted well, its color has to change a little, see this, we first fry it lightly in this way . After the color changes, we will cover it to cook. After covering it, after 5 minute, we open it, see that it

Is cooked lightly, now we will add some spice. Add salt as per taste, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1tsp coriander powder, We will add 1 teaspoon black pepper powder along with it, add a little cardamom powder along with it for flavour,

Add a little cinnamon so that the smell of mutton can be eliminated, along with add two pieces of chopped onion. After that, we will mix it well first. After mixing it, we have to cook it for 10 minutes, so I cover it.
