Apologies for the meal prep containers for plating, but I use HF to make lunch for the next day for myself and my fiancé.
I had never heard of gnudi, and I thought it looked like an interesting and challenging recipe compared to the usual HF meals I order. There were probably some things I could have done better, but I’m satisfied with how they turned out and they taste great. Hopefully this was a highly ordered item and HF adds more options that are more outside of the box.
