
I doubled the recipe and input it in my chronometer app. I set the serving size to 1/2 cup, there are 12 servings total if you chose to double and use 1/2 cup servings. I ate mine with 2 zero carb tomato basil mission tortillas. Absolutely DELICIOUS!

Keto Chicken Salad:
* 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
* 2 boiled eggs, chopped
* 1/4 cup chopped dill pickles
* 1/4 cup chopped pecans
* 1/4 cup minced yellow onion
* 1/2 cup mayonnaise
* 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
* 1 teaspoon white distilled vinegar
* 1 teaspoon fresh dill
* Salt and pepper, to taste
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix. Simple.
