I’ve never been much of a lunch person because it interrupts my day and the food available isn’t something delicious like dinner or breakfast (weird I know), so Ive made lunches I actually want to eat and pack it in a bento. A big variety including vegetables and rich brie, herbs and marmite for umami, egg for protein and a date for sweet.

For 400 calories your could have like 4 eggs just saying 🙂
