Homemade Beer Dough Pizza

    Wanted to try using beer to make pizza dough for a while. I think this turned out ok.

    Beer Pizza Dough

    Bread Flour 400 grams (50%)

    AP Flour 400 grams (50%)

    *Total Flour* 800 grams

    Beer 300 grams (60%)

    Water 200 grams (40%)

    *Total Liquid* 500 grams ——(62%)

    Oil 24 grams ——-(3%)

    Salt 16 grams ——-(2%)

    Sugar 16 grams ——-(2%)

    ADY Yeast 4 grams ——–(0.5%)

    I’ve tried this before, and was going to ask how you did it, but then I saw the 4g ADY in the recipe.

    So I’m sure it added flavor, but unless the beer was bottled underfermented, and still had some active yeast in there…

    Just how i understand it, your pie looks tasty

    I’ve just wanted to make this work for a while, but haven’t found a beer to make it work yet

    My mouth is watering just looking at that pizza. I never used to like pepperoni on my pizza. And all the sudden in the last few years pepperoni is my to go Pizza.
