Gave this one a whirl the other night. Turned out pretty darn good, but I wish I would have made extra marinade/sauce to sprinkle after plating. The potatoes were also pretty heavy lemon, so I might squeeze on 1 half at the end next time. I used an air chilled bird and cut it up the night before, so the skin got crispy no problem.
Over all easy and pretty delicious.
