This has been sitting at room temperature for 3 days.
Is it safe to eat? Especially if it hasn’t been opened yet?
I’m sure the quality of it won’t be the same but I’m curious if this is safe to eat…

    My uncle works at a rice cake shop and he recommends to customers to put it in the refrigerator for storage. I don’t think 3 days outside in room temp is a good idea.

    Rice can be susceptible to certain harmful bacteria growing in it. A high enough sugar content will act as a preservative though.

    For $6 though I’d not risk it.
