Risoto is one of my favorite Italian dishes but it can kind of be a bit to make the solution a rice cooker simple easy quick you can take your risoto rice and make sure you rinse it I have a cup and a half here that I’m rinsing through a strainer and draining

It well then I’m tossing it into my rice cooker adding a little bit of extra virgin olive oil and giving it a toss to this I’m going to add about 3 cups of chicken broth and a half a cup of white wine I finish it off with some salt and

Then turn my rice cooker onto cook for 20 minutes so to a sizzling pan I’m going to add my mushrooms I put a little bit of olive oil in there while we’re sautéing the mushrooms I add salt and pepper to help them sweat and now for a little bit of flavor

But mainly for fireworks I’m going to add a little bit of wine everything’s looking happy now we’re going to shut the mushrooms off after 20 minutes my alarm has gone off I’m going to switch my rice cooker to warm our lid comes off and our risotto is looking good very happy almost

Complete in fact so we’re going to take our garlic onion and mushroom mixture and add it ooh and it’s already starting to get nice and creamy I haven’t even added any to this I’m going to add about a tablespoon of butter I’m also going to add a handful of Parmesan cheese last

Step I’m just going to add a little bit of fresh parsley in here now you look like a pro we leave this lid on for another 5 minutes oh my God I swear this was the easiest risoto I’ve ever made I’m kidding it’s incredible
