These are really tasty things I have made and will make again during this weight loss journey
I made these and more meals during a weight loss journey a couple years ago
You can still eat the foods you enjoy you can still lose weight and be happy
I have made butter chicken, garlic naan, nachos, burgers, gyros, asada tacos, tuna melts, etc
I get to drink wine, trulys, zero sugar sodas
It’s all a learning process and you don’t have to deprive yourself of anything you love ❤️
If you made it all the way to the end of the photos just know I had to sneak my ice cream in there hehe 😉

Wow these all look so delicious! I love how you make room for food that actually looks normal and enjoyable! Side note: love a truley drink here and there and at only 100 calories, it’s not to hard to fit in! Well done! I saved a few pictures of your meals for ideas!
