This recipe is honestly the best beef stew I have ever eaten and I hope that y’all enjoy it as much as I do!!
Ingredients:
2-3 lb chuck roast
2-3 stalks chopped celery
1 chopped yellow onion
Onion powder, Garlic powder, Salt and Black pepper to taste
1-2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2-3 tablespoons all purpose flour
1-2 tablespoons minced garlic
2-3 tablespoons tomatoe paste
32 ounce beef broth or more depending on your preference
Beef bullion to taste
Baby carrots
Diced russet potatoes

Hey y’all so today I’m going to show you how to make this delicious beef stew it’s actually the best I’ve ever eaten so start out by cutting up a 2 to 3 lb chuck roast and you want to season your meat with onion powder garlic powder salt and black pepper and you’re going
To top it off with just a little bit of woo Shire sauuce and then you want to toss it around to get that seasoning on everything sprinkle a spoonful of allpurpose flour and toss it one more time until everything is lightly coated now in a Dutch oven you’re going to add
Some olive oil and you’re going to begin to sear your meat you do not want to pour all your meat in at once because then it’s going to boil so just do it a little bit at a time so you get that nice pretty sear that you’re looking for
Um you want to repeat this step until you get all your meat cooked and then you’re going to throw in some chopped onions some chopped celery and a little bit of beef broth um to De Glaze The Seasoning from the bottom of the pot then throw in some minced garlic and let
This sauté for a few minutes and then you can add all your meat back to this you’re going to add one spoonful of tomato paste and combine all that together and then you’re going to add 132 oz of beef broth to this and season that with some beef bullan stir that
Around so everything is good and combined and then add some baby carrots to this you want to cover and let this bowl for about 45 minutes at the 45 minute Mark you’re going to add some diced potatoes cover this and let this boil for an additional 15 minutes and
