I quite enjoyed making this recipe and I’m looking forward to more of the “mastering dough” recipes because I just really like fresh pasta. The dough and gnudi for this was quite easy to make, and as usual in our household I got all of the prep stuff done prior to my SO getting off work and doing the actual cooking portion. I did use more flour than what was given in the recipe because the dough was pretty stick still with what they gave you (maybe 2-3tbsp more). I enjoyed the texture of the gnudi but I think that the sauce itself could have used more flavor — the simple marinara was pretty boring. I am excited to work with more mastering dough recipes in the future though.
