Hey everybody.
I’m doing a backyard renovation and have a space set aside for an outdoor kitchen.
At the moment all I use is a Weber Kettle. I got rid of my gas grill soon after I got my kettle.
I did a bit of low and slow stuff initially but got sick of adjusting temp in the middle of the night etc so looking to get back into it albeit in a casual nature.
I’ve drawn a picture of what I’ve planned so far.
I’m getting a Gozney dome Pizza Oven down one end. Middle will be a gas grill. Likely the Weber genesis built in but open to the family Q built in as well.
Last ingredient will be something for low and slow and versatility so was either going to put a Weber Smokefire or Weber Kamado. Which of these do you think would be best? I like the idea of set and forget with the smokefire as I have 2 young kids and we are always doing stuff.
What would you change/ add?
Any suggestion?

What climate zone are you in?
Your patio/base should be your first focus. Assuming you already have that.
Second, are you trying to do a permanent or semi permanent install?
best advice i can give you as well is make sure you have a drain in front of the bbq. I clean bbqs as a seasonal job. you’ll be surprised how many backyards i see can ruined by grease pools and having no where for it to drain.
