    **Ingredients**

    * 3 large egg whites
    * 1/4 cup protein powder or egg white powder
    * Optional: 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
    * Toppings: Pizza Sauce, Pepperoni slices, Shredded Mozzarella

    1. Preheat the oven to 400°F/205°C. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and grease with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
    2. In a large bowl, place the egg whites. Using an electric mixer, mix until very stiff peaks form. Add your seasonings if using.
    3. Add the protein powder and continue mixing until well incorporated. Add your seasonings if using.
    4. Spoon the mixture and shape it into a 9-inch diameter round.
    5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges look golden brown.
    6. Remove from the oven and add the toppings. Broil for 3-4 minutes or until the cheese on top is melted.

    What kind of texture would you say this crust has? Very difficult to tell from the photo.

    I find that the almond flour/cream cheese/mozzarella crust is much better for keto pizza. closer to a real pizza. Pre cook it, flip it, put your low carb sauce (i like the primal white sauce) and cheese on, top with bacon, sausage, roni, etc.
