Welcome to Elif’s kitchen. Very practical and very tasty with you today. I want to share the bulgur salad recipe. Into the pot. Let’s take a little more than a quarter tea glass of oil. Add one and a half tablespoons of tomato paste.

Roast for a few minutes until the smell of tomato paste appears. Then you can put. Add 2 cups of washed and drained bulgur wheat for pilaf. Let’s continue roasting for a few more minutes. Add a teaspoon of salt to it. Measure the bulgur with the same glass. Add 2.5 cups of water.

Juice of 1 large lemon. 2-3 tablespoons of pomegranate syrup. 1 teaspoon of dried mint. One teaspoon of cumin. Half a teaspoon of black pepper. I added one teaspoon of salt. Since we added salt to the pilaf before, let’s add it in a controlled manner. Add 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil.
