    Egg Salad: 3 eggs, 2tbsp mayo, 1tsp nigella (black onion) seeds, S+P

    Cheese crisps: 4 cubes of cheese (1sq inch) fried until melted and crispy

    Corned beef: one can, don’t fry with salt! Fried in the oil left behind from the cheese crisps

    Capsicum: 1 finely diced, no salt added to the pan (the beef is salty enough). Fried in the oil from the beef + cheese
