    looks good. charcoal or gas? and don’t slice it a million times. one sectional cut will reveal the interior goodness.

    Yea. To me that looks about 1 minute too long. Unless you want a mid, and not a mid rare

    Fat is Curled up.. suggesting heat was super high but also not tenderized ( seen a tip by a chef to poke the fat with a fork) it renders out better , this steak does look marinated.. steak only needs a dry rub , then directly off grill , smothered with Butter.

    Without arrested meat slice pick it’s difficult to say for certain however, it looks like you may have cooked it to medium well
