    I’m amazed by the amount of hate you’re getting on this. I love cinnamon sugar toast, so I would totally eat this! I’d probably save it as a dessert/splurge, but if it fits your macros and you see progress, ENJOY!!

    I think people were just thrown off by the whole almonds instead of nut butter. But hey, if you like it, go for it! I make tofu stir fries and scrambles a lot too. That’s a thing I like about keto, it can be so versatile.
