I don’t have a tandoor oven. But I do have an Ooni pizza oven. So thought I’d make some wood fired garlic naans to go with curry.

    These look beautiful, the blistering is perfect. My only objection is the use of a roller, as it’s vastly more satisfying to stretch the dough by slapping it back and forth repeatedly on the balls of your palms [as seen here](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xuupWN8JBZg&t=36s).
