These were some beautiful little fish, firm, flavorful, golden hued with the fine olive oil. No grainy texture and the bones were unnoticeable. I still think I prefer the Conservas De Combados but it’s easy to see why these are among the top rated tins in the world.

Man I hope I find some absurd clearance deal on one of those someday. I am not gonna spend $22 on canned fish no matter how good it is although those look incredible
