Ordered 3 sleeves and all had some damage to the boxes and pods 🙁 can I use these? Or should I return them?

    Not that one! The dents on top are fine but the barcode isn’t! If the barcode is bent don’t use. Some say you can bend back into place but I wouldn’t test it

    Not if the barcode is bent or damaged in a way that can’t be read. If the rounded part is dented it’s not a big deal.

    I got some decaf pods and half of them were bent. Tried one and it flooded the machine 😂 It was the evening and I was so desperate for a taste of the coffee without the caffiene, I took a hammer and bent the barcode back as best as I could and it worked!!

    Tell Nespresso via chat, get some new free ones sent to you, enjoy the dented ones they’ll tell you to keep

    I’ve had something wrong with my pods before and they told me to keep the ones I had and send me a replacement via FedEx the next day.

    Could give it a shot.

    I used to demo Nespresso. Just bend the barcoded area back to being straight. No big deal.

    Call them. They will send a replacement sleeve.

    They can’t take returns for these anymore. Call and get them replaced so you have MORRRREEEE
