Well I did it I bought the members mark 36” pellet grill with wood tray. It took about an hr to assemble alone. Did my burn in. Currently smoking a pork butt, pork tenderloin and bologna chub. When I started running it was not windy and when I had it set at 200 it was even across the board. However when I did the burn in it was set at 400 it’s windy and 40F outside before wind. The average temp across was 350. It’s still currently wind and chilly I Currently have it sent at 225. The internal thermometer of the unit says it’s 230 but my probe says it’s 200. Will update the cook as it goes. Using Mesquite Bear Mountain pellets with gourmet wood products hickory wood I cut into chunks in the smoke tray.
