Dad achievement unlocked: Tomahawk while flying solo

Of course, the kids just wanted hot dogs…

But I still felt pretty good about this one. Flying solo while watching my two preschoolers, but got an insane deal on a close-coded 3+ lb. tomahawk while doing my regular grocery shopping. So I had to/wanted to grill it tonight. I like them as rare as possible while still rendering most of the fat, and this delivered the goods.
