Brioche Buns

All right y’all know you hungry let’s keep it simple today we got a easy breakfast sandwich the triple double breakfast sandwich here’s our ingredients here we got some brioche buns some maple sausage some eggs and bacon we’re going to start with our maple sausage we’re going to put some

Parchment paper down for that and go ahead and grab you about a quarter pound or so and go ahead and flatten it into a nice paddy shape and then lay it down here on the parchment paper repeat that process for two of those we’re going to use the parchment paper

To flatten these out and make them nice and smooth as well as a little bit wider to fit on our buns we got our grill preheated here and go ahead and add your bacon Once you get that bacon cooked just keep it moving around and we’re going to add our sausage patties right on down Keep that bacon moving make sure you flip it you don’t want to burn in one place or the other keep flipping those patties as well we’re gonna flip this after about four to five minutes give it a nice flip i’m gonna put our egg rings down now spray them with some cooking spray

And prevents the egg from sticking go ahead and drop your egg right in the center ahead and bust that yolk open Let that cook for a few minutes and keep moving that bacon Go ahead and flip those eggs after about four or five minutes and keep that sausage flipping as well the bacon is done we’re going to be taking that off soon we want to get our next two eggs on these eggs are done i’m going to sit these to the side

Go ahead and flip these over take that bacon off it’s nice and crispy get that sausage one more flip i’m gonna take our eggs off these are all done now we’re gonna put our cheese right on top of the sausage patty we’re gonna put some butter down for our buns

Go ahead and toast those for about two to three minutes give them a flip another couple minutes there and then we’re going to add our sausage right on top of that bun and repeat that again After that’s nice and toasty give it a flip and add that sausage patty right on that bottom bun now we’re going to build our sandwiches i’m going to layer those eggs side by side come back with that cheese and then we’re going to top that off with our bacon

And if you’re feeling real good go ahead and put some mayonnaise on there and there you have it this is the triple double breakfast sandwich what we got here is double cheese double eggs and double meat jar for the triple double effect now for the taste test And i can tell you guys ain’t nothing better than this sandwich all right go ahead and give it a try like share and subscribe see you next time you
