    Looks divine, I can’t believe I ever thought to put zucchini in shakshuka!

    Shakshuka is one of my all-time favorite breakfasts. I’m not sure if it’s traditional, I’m a big rule breaker in the kitchen, but sometimes I’ll throw in green bell peppers into the mix. It really is an awesome dish that you can beef up with tons of veggies.
