What I ate today ~ 1462 cals

Breakfast – Grapes, apples, sliced turkey, cheddar cheese. Coffee with Chobani creamer and whipped cream.

Lunch – Wasa Crispbreads, eggs, bacon, and zucchini, topped with sriracha.

Dinner -1/2 BBQ ranch salad kit, roasted sweet potatoes, roasted zucchini, rotisserie chicken.

Not pictured: A zero cal sparkling water, 2 chocolate fudge Yasso bars (100 cal/each). A cup of plain tea. Lots of water.
