곰취쌈밥과 잡채
Gomchwi (scientific name: Ligularia fischeri, English: gomchwi or fischers ragwort) is a perennial plant native to Korea belonging to the Asteraceae family. It is said that the name Gomchi comes from the meaning of herbs that bears like. It grows wild in wetlands in deep mountains across the country, and is said to have been named so because it grows only in mountains deep enough for bears to live in. It is also called Ungso (熊蔬).
