Apples and grapes with a bit of lemon juice on them (apparently it keeps apples from browning). Sliced deli turkey, cheddar cheese, Wasa multigrain crispbreads, and a Special K bar as a desert/treat. Skip the bar and only ~382 cals. I don’t count macros but my app says this meal is about 24g protein.
