Pancakes are super versatile and just because it isn’t traditional doesn’t mean it’s wrong! Do whatever you like 🙂

My mom used to top pabuchim with smoked salmon, capers, hot sauce, and it was the best meal I’ve ever had.

Tip 1 – if you want a little bit healthier(lower carb) version. Salt(fish sauce) lightly the veggies (any) and let it sit to draw out the water(about 10 minutes). Add only enough flour (1-2 table spoon) to make them binding, and pan fry them. (no additional salt required)
Tip 2 – The new trend is to whisk one egg and pour it around the edge of the pancake to finish frying them.
