    I’ve given up on Flank. Too damn chewy even after a long marinade, and now, no longer cheap.

    Change the sour cream (?) for an onion gravy (other gravies are available) and that would get a 10 out if 10 in my books

  9. Your potato could use twice as much sour cream and three times as much butter but I’m nitpicking. Steak is 10/10
