Recipe
∙ 22kg Whole Pig
∙ Sea salt about 250g
∙ Chilli & garlic oil Recipe:

Broccoli salad
∙ 2 punnets fresh broccoli
∙ ½ cup sour cream
∙ 1 cup Mayonnaise
∙ 1 bell pepper
∙ Feta cheese

Three bean salad
∙ 2 cans baked beans
∙ 2 cans butter beans(drained)
∙ 2 cans green beans(drained)
∙ 1 tablespoon onion powder
∙ 1 teaspoon garlic flakes
∙ ½ cup white vinegar
∙ ¼ cup sugar
∙ 1 bell pepper
∙ ½ tablespoon celery salt
∙ ¼ cup olive oil

  5. WRONG PROCEDURE OF ROASTING. THE FIRE/HEAT SHOULD NOT BE DIRECTLY U DERNEATH THE BODY OF THE PIG SO THAT THE SKIN BE ROASTED EQUALLY AND NO SPOTS THAT ARE SO MUCH BURNED ( THE BLACK SPOTS )
