Recipie: I salted and peppered four chicken breasts and covered them with chicken broth, cooked on high for two hours then shredded. Then added one green bell pepper, one half yellow onion, one jalapeño pepper, two cans of white beans another (approximately) 24 oz chicken broth Spices- two tablespoons or so of paprika, oregano, chili powder, one of salt, approximately one teaspoon of sugar 4 oz cream cheese A tablespoon or so of corn starch to thicken, I have been cooking it on high for an hour and plan to cook another hour or two
