I’m a big fan of yellow bird, their habanero sauce is great, it could be a bit spicier for me but I don’t mind that cause the sauce is delicious

I’ve had a couple of theirs and they’re pretty good. I think the guava one was just meh, but jalapeño and habanero were super good for eggs. Plenty of heat but not crazy. Nice bright vegetal flavors. Not vinegary, at all.
