One of my favourites, it’s hardly even a recipe it’s so easy to make! This combines a delicious crispy skin Atlantic salmon fillet with Asian soy and ginger flavours. Give it a go!

Ingredients:
1 skin on salmon fillet
3 tbs soy sauce
1.5-2 inches fresh ginger

[Applause] [Applause] All right guys a very very easy recipe today you will only need a piece of salmon skin on some soy sauce and a good in and 1/2 2 in worth of of Ginger now simply get a blender and put in 2 to 3 tablespoons of soy sauce and the Ginger and give it a quick mix once you’ve done that just get your salmon and put it into a mixing Bowl then pour over that Marinade make sure the Salmon’s well covered and then put it into the fridge to marinade for only 2 hours no more no less once the 2 hours is up I’ve just got some paper towel and drained off the excess soy sauce and then I’m going to cook it skin down
On a medium temperature barbecue plate of course use your frying pan if you like guys now I’m going to cook it for 5 or 6 minutes on the skin side until it’s 2/3 of the way cooked through and then just flip it over and cook it for another
Couple of minutes or so until the salmon cooked all the way through then simply serve up with some salad and you’re done guys so easy it’s hardly a recipe thanks for watching and I’ll catch you all next time

@itked3 Thanks mate, you can get away with as little as a bit of salt for tasty salmon, just don't overcook it, and cook skin side down first for crispy skin.
