Gave my willpower too much credit and told myself I was only going to eat half and ended up eating the whole thing. Whole sandwich estimate is 900 calories. Guilt is creeping in but I must say it was delicious. I only have 300 calories left for the day πŸ₯²

    Or how about instead you make it a maintenance day so eat to maintain then your weight doesn’t change then hop back into your deficit tomorrow so you don’t have to only it 300 calories for the rest of the day

  3. pigging out during a defecit is so normal and healthy enjoy it, the bad part happens when you pig out once and then again and then it becomes a habit, eat normal today and get back on the grind tmrw like nothing happened!

  4. The Chick Fil A spicy chicken sandwich is 460, the regular is 440 calories.

    300 cals is still a decent amount of calories left for the day!! Also I think I read somewhere that lunch should be your highest calorie meal of the day.
