Money’s tight and I want to make the literally the most of this chili.
Here’s what I’ve started with in the silver crock pot only
2lbs ground beef 80-20
1lb jalepeno ground cheddar sausage
1 medium and 1 small onion
3 tsp minced garlic
4 cans misc. beans
2 cans 14.5 tomato sauce
3 cans diced tomatoes
Normal spices and herbs
1 cup of water
1 can worth of water
Question is that is very chunky and I have the following left to add- 15oz- 1 can of tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and paste each. Of course plenty of water and herbs, spices, powders. I have this small old school crock pot to work with or a big and small Dutch oven.
Any help would really be appreciated!!

So, do you want the chunks to be smaller? Or the broth to be thicker? Or?? We all have our own preferences so what is your aim here?
For smaller chunks, you could try an immersion blender. Definitely blend or chop the tomatoes you haven’t added yet. To thicken the broth, the blending will help but you could also blend another can of beans before adding them. Or make a cornstarch slurry to add in. And don’t add more water.
General suggestions, add some beef bouillon for more flavor.
