The Mirin Mackerel was from an online Asian market. For the enokis I just sprayed them with Avocado oil and seaosned with salt and 21 blend and air fried them both for 7 minutes or 130 degrees for the fish. The whole meal cost about $2-3.

As someone who grills mackerel often, the only thing I dislike about this is that you grilled it in your air fryer. Mackarel grease is not a pleasant smell.
