



Possibly the best bowl of ramen I’ve ever had. The ginger cuts the fattiness of the broth, the bean sprouts are perfectly crunchy but also absorbent and flavorful, and the soup is divine.
2nd bowl – Sumire. Also Sapporo, also incredible. Look at that quarter inch of lard/aroma oil.
3rd bowl – Motenashi Kuroki in Tokyo. The best shio ramen ever with a deep and complex broth.
