Hii! 💗 Trying to eat healthier, focusing on eating lots of protein first followed by fruit to not spike glucose/cortisol! Is this okay? 🙂

Did it make you feel good and ready for the day? If so, then it’s a great breakfast!

Yea, it’s a good mix of food types and all the macros are covered.

Did you feel happy and satisfied after eating it? If the answer is yes then yes it was a good breakfast!

Looks like a great breakfast! I’ve never tried mint on eggs though, that kinda scares me. You should post this is r/volumeeating I’m sure they’d go crazy for it lol.

  4. i think 540 calories is a lot for breakfast personally, but if it works for you it works for you- i just hate having tiny lunches

It’s a wonderful breakfast to me. It looks very filling too.

If that’s how you fuel. then its a good breakfast.

My breakfast/lunch happens at 2pm. Roughly 400 calories. 200 calories for snacks. the rest for dinner.

I think you will find that if your primary goal is healthy food or managing macros/glucose this might not be the best sub. Here you’ll find really great ways to keep your overall calories under budget, but a 540 cal breakfast is almost half of a 1200 cal day. Do you have a plan for the rest of your day?

Question, do persimmons give you severe cotton mouth when they’re not mushy like that, or am I just allergic?

That looks like a healthy breakfast, especially if you skip lunch. High calorie intake, otherwise.

It’s really big for me personally.

I’d probably eat most of the fruit and veg and not eggs.

It doesn’t sound like you’re too worried about calories, just want to mention you could do egg whites only to cut that down significantly. Otherwise it looks wrll balanced and very flavorful!

  11. Those three eggs would probably keep me full until dinner lol! But it seems balanced and healthy, lots of fiber too! I’m going to try the cumin and dried mint on the egg thing. Maybe some zaatar as well?!

This looks sooo good and so many nutrients!!! I’ll copy this haha. Are Lupini beans good on their own?
