In france and asked MiL to get steak, ribeye or fillet. She comes back with these😂 Please can someone identify what cuts these might be and how to cook them before I completely mess up dinner.

> Fondue bourguinonne is a kind of fondue, where pieces of meat are dipped and cooked in hot oil. Usually it is served with a number of dips, which are based on mayonnaise. It was created and first served in Lausanne, Switzerland, in 1948.
Kinda like a Chinese hot pot. Would want to cube it. Serve rare.
The second one is obvious, steak for grilling.

Those numbers on the label can tell you which cow it comes from.
The steaks are most likely sirloin grilling steaks, while the other one is more than likely a piece of round you are supposed to cube for soup/fondue

Looks like an eye of round roast

You could season it and preasure cook it with some wine, herbs, wrochesteshire sauce, etc….
Look up Boliche in spanish… looks like this. You can also use a larder to add bacon or chorizo to give it some fat and flavour
