We are moving and decided to throw a bbq with our local friends and neighbors. Ran the Yoder loaded Wichita with post oak, cherry and mesquite.
Ran the following-
1- 25 lb prime brisket
1- 16 lb snare river farms wagyu brisket
2- 8-9lb each pork butts
6- racks of baby back ribs
2- tritips
1- filet of salmon
3- batches of my ground wagyu beef with thick but maple bacon and tritip chili.
