It’s breaded and fried zucchini, fresh mozzarella, roasted red pepper, and fresh basil leaves on a Portuguese roll dressed with a home made Balsamic vinaigrette. It’s fucking delicious.
We make this probably once a month and call it “The Sandwich” but I’m sure there’s a better name we can use. Any ideas?
