Hey everyone!

I cannot attend my wife’s st. Pattys day party but would like to make a shepherds pie ahead of time that we could freeze and that she could throw in the oven beforehand. Kind of like a Marie Calendar pie. Does anyone have a good recipe for this and tips on the freezing/defrosting/cooking process?

    Literally every shepherds pie can be frozen as is before baking.

    You can bake from frozen but just bake it a bit longer than you normally would with the foil on (aim for 20 minutes longer and then remove the foil to temp it to make sure it’s heated fully), and then cook uncovered for the normal amount of time.
