I finally don’t feel like I’m starving all day and have way more energy, I’m pumped! Just wanted to share one of my better days this week 🙂

Breakfast: Iced Carmel Latte – replacing milk with half a protein shake has been the biggest game changer for stopping morning hunger.

Lunch: Chicken Breast, Garlic Green Beans and Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Dinner: Protein+ Spagetti with Broccoli in Cheese Sauce

Snacks: Caffeine Sparkling Ice and 2 packs of Smartfood Popcorn

Totals: 1523 Calories, 102.8g Protein
