This was so good I feel the need to tell everyone. I made pork dumplings and didn’t preplan a sauce so I improvised by grating a Serrano chile, squeezing a lime over it, and adding kosher salt. It was AMAZING. I just wanted some thing spicy and this turned out to be the best possible sauce. This is the only thing I’ll be using for pork dumplings from now on.

Sounds very similar to this [yuzu kosho condiment](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yuzu_kosh%C5%8D) (citrus fruit, chili, and salt).
Great for salads and to also lighten up really heavy foods like really rich ramen, shu mai, tempura, and egg rolls. I really like this [kewpie yuzu kosho dressing](https://www.kewpieshop.com/products/kewpie-yuzu-kosho-dressing-8oz)
