First time posting photos of my own cook here. I started smoking meats last year, and have only now started to truely grill more than just burgers and sausages. I’ve grilled a few really good ribeyes recently, but this is my first time grilling with the 17” charcoal grate to get the coals much closer to the cast iron grate to get that really good sear and char. Made fajitas tonight, and the meat came off so flavorful with my homemade marinade and seasoning.
